Not sure of the exact name of this machine but it is like an Elliptical machine just more range of motion you can go side to side, left to right, etc … Where as the elliptical machine only goes one way this is a much better workout. Plus it has a tv, and a built in fan which makes it really nice when I am on it for an hour.
